Seekville Inc. is a company duly incorporated with the laws of the Province of Manitoba in Canada and is the registered or lawful owner of the following domain names which include but are not limited to ConventionPlaces.com, BargainPlaces.com and NationalTradeshowReporter.com and includes database code, data, information and documentation.

Gathering of Information

Voluntary Submission
Seekville Inc. does not collect personally identifying information about any individual. All personal information is supplied by our members or "associates" and is required to register for a Premium account. Certain other non-personal information is required for premium services offered by us. For example, we may ask you for information when you register for a contest or survey or to receive a newsletter. You always have the option not to provide the information we request. If you choose not to provide the information we request, you can still visit most areas of domains owned by Seekville Inc., but you may be unable to access certain options and services.

Browser Level Information
The web server owned and operated by Seekville Inc. automatically collects information about a site user’s IP address, browser type and referrer by reading this information from the user’s browser (information provided by every user’s browser). This information is collected in a database and used – in an aggregated, anonymous manner – in our internal analysis of traffic patterns within our web sites. This information is automatically logged by most web sites.

Cookies
A cookie is a data file that certain web sites write to your computer’s hard drive when you visit such sites. A cookie file can contain information, such as a user identification code, that the site uses to track the pages you have visited. Domains owned by Seekville Inc. do not currently use cookies, but Seekville Inc. reserves the right to do so in the future. Please note that if you have a Premium membership and you choose to cancel that membership, you will not receive a reimbursement for the remainder of time left until your membership expires.

Age of Users
No one under the age of 18 will be granted a membership at any domain owned by Seekville Inc. Any member of a domain owned by Seekville Inc. found to be under the age of 18 will have their account deleted immediately.

Confidentiality and Security
Seekville Inc. limits access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs. All domains owned by Seekville Inc. have physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with the regulations of the federal government of Canada and the provincial government of Manitoba to protect personal information about you.
